Allianz Cornhill Legal Protection (ACLP) is asking brokers to alert their customers that they could face prosecution if they fail to comply with the national minimum wage, which comes to force on 1 October. Phil Ruse, divisional manager, ACLP, said: "We advise all employers to pay attention to the changes and act accordingly."
