Allianz Cornhill has shortened the time taken to conduct a full asset inventory of software from three weeks to one weekend after rolling out 'auto-discovery' software from Talley Systems, called TS.Census. The solution is being used to audit 5,500 clients across over 30 sites, including 450 remote users. Prior to the implementation, the insurer was using manual audits, manual desktop assessments and paper-based license management to track and manage its IT resources.
