Lucas Fettes, an independent group of companies with an annual insurance premium income of £35m, has licensed insurE-com's Windows based back office solution, insur-E.tam to increase cross selling across the business and target its most valuable clients.

The broker decided to roll the solution out across its entire network of offices throughout England after a successful deployment in London.

All the activity that staff perform with their clients on the solution is recorded and stored, together
