The 2004 Insurance Age Awards finalists

This year's prestigious Insurance Age awards ceremony is almost upon us and the finalists have been chosen. So now all that remains is to decide who will be named as the best in their field

Insurance Age is delighted to announce the shortlist for the 2004 Insurance Age Awards ceremony. After a great deal of deliberation by a select team of judges from across the industry, the brokers who will go through to the final at The Brewery, Chiswell Street, London on Friday 24 September have been selected (See below).

The Awards, which are sold out, celebrate their eleventh year of rewarding the broking community that is coping with the rigours of regulation.

ABI records 3% home premiums rise in Q1

Average home insurance premiums for buildings and contents cover rose by 3% to £375 in the first quarter of this year, pushing the year-on-year rise up to 19%, according to the Association of British Insurers.
