Biba calls for FOS complainant fee
The British Insurance Brokers' Association (Biba) has called on the Financial Services Authority (FSA) to introduce a mandatory fee for people complaining to the Financial Ombudsman Service; a sum they would receive back, should their claim be successful. The response was made to the FSA's consultation paper CP 187.
