The Lark Group has purchased Grosvenor Court Insurance Services for an undisclosed sum. Based in central London, Grosvenor Court specialises in property insurance and controls around £1.5m in gross written premium. Graham Lark, chief executive at Lark, said the acquisition represented a further step towards the firm's strategic objective to grow its business in the South-east.
