The Government's response to the Better Regulation Task force's report, Better Routes to Redress, has been described as 'comforting' by the legal protection arm of Allianz Cornhill.
Chris Harragan, key account manager, Allianz Cornhill Legal Protection (ACLP), said in its opinion three issues were raised that it felt were of particular importance.
