The British Insurance Brokers' Association (Biba) has urged its members to adopt new wording in their Terms of Business Agreements (Tobas) with commercial customers to remind them they have the right to request details of remuneration.
The ultimate aim is that the new wording will help members demonstrate greater transparency in the commercial market.
