Brokers are lagging behind when it comes to maximising the benefits of online credit or debit card payments, an industry expert has warned.
Despite a general reluctance to use online payment methods, Alastair Murray of The Bureau, a web-design firm servicing the financial sector, has warned that: "This method of payment has to be looked at closely by brokers as it is a feature that more and more customers expect as they increasingly do their shopping online."
