The British Insurance Brokers' Association (Biba) has launched a self-service portal to allow its members to control their membership details online. Biba said the launch would help to create new business leads from its consumer helpline and Find a Broker website. Members will be able to control the referrals they receive from Biba by updating the portal as frequently as required. The self-service portal forms part of a long-term plan to develop Biba's consumer referral system into a leading
