Norwich Union's (NU) David McMillan has joined the Motor Insurers' Bureau (MIB). He became part of the NU's executive board as customer services director in 2006, and is currently responsible for the insurer's claims and customer services operations both in the UK and offshore. Members of the MIB board are appointed for a period of no less than three years.
