Alan Boswell Insurance Brokers has appointed Carol Temple as claims handler. Carol has over two decades' experience in claims and returns to brokerage after six years at Norwich Union (NU). Previously, she was a commercial manager with Fox Insurance. Carol will be based in the Norwich head office.
