Cathie Bruce has been promoted to the key role of distribution and customer service director, within Groupama after the recent departure of Amanda Blanc and Kate Mutter.
Commenting on the changes to the team, managing director Franaois-Xavier Boisseau denied claims that two high-profile departures within months of each other would adversely impact the team: "Yes, we have lost two out of five of the original team but neither Amanda or Kate joined our competitiors, instead they joined our customers
