Allianz Cornhill has confirmed it will include a non-solicitation clause in its new Terms of Business Agreement (Toba). In the revised Toba, currently being issued to its broker partners, Allianz Cornhill accepts risk transfer but keeps the option to remove this and/or to ask for additional security. It also allows co-mingling of client and insurer money in a single account. The insurer has also included a non-solicitation clause, pledging not to actively solicit a broker's clients using
