Corpora Software has revealed a new corporate identity and re-launched its software offering to the London Market.

Following organic growth and several technology software acquisitions - iOra, Tokairo and Infonic - Corpora Software has fully incorporated the three divisions into the business and consolidated its global operations under the single brand, Infonic.

John Butler, sales director of Infonic's Document Manager team, said: "The software solutions that we now offer largely existed prior to the group consolidation under the Infonic brand.

"However, the consolidated companies' strategy has evolved to a focus on developing Microsoft Sharepoint compatible solutions. As a result, the software is noticeably different to what existed when we first acquired it."

Further to its re-brand, Infonic is planning to launch an updated website and will seek to target insurance companies with its Geo-Replicator and Document Manager software.

Mark Thompson, CEO, said: "Our re-branding is the culmination of a review of Infonic's identity. In the past couple of years, we have grown in size, added to our services and matured as a business. We needed an identity that reflected this change and encapsulated the company we've become, as well as the business we're going to be."

Meanwhile, Self Assured, an insurance underwriter on behalf of certain syndicates at Lloyd's of London, has recently installed Infonic's Document Manager solution (formerly known as Corpora's TokOpen) to enhance its customer service, and provide protection of confidential client data.

Mr Butler added: "Self Assured's implementation of Document Manager demonstrates the benefit of document management to business processes. We tailored the solution to meet the unique demands of Self Assured's business."
