Budget is to roll out a full wide-area network (WAN) solution for its retail business to consolidate the disparate legacy systems inherited from its acquisitions. The solution, supplied by CDL, will be rolled out over a nine-month period from January 2004 to Budget's 85 branches. The project will be rolled out in three phases - development, go-live on a new platform, followed by refinement of the system, with plans for further developments and applications. Applied updates on commercial push

Applied Systems has confirmed Arch Insurance is about to enter the pilot phase of onboarding and will be live on the Applied Epic broker management system in April, with Iprism and Ark to follow and more promised in 2024.
