UKUL launches travel assistance unit
UK Underwriting (UKUL) has announced the launch of its new in-house travel assistance unit under the name Primary Assist.
Based in Norwich, this service will operate 24/7 with a team of multi-lingual staff who will co-ordinate out-patient assistance, cost containment, directional care for US cases and in-house medical and emergency commercial flight repatriation bookings on all cases.
Primary Assist will work in partnership with companies such as United Health Care, Medical Claims International, Healix International and Suitcase whilst continuing to work with Global Excel, Global Response and Inter Group Assistance
