Claims inflation - the bane of an insurer's working life. It is on the increase and shows no sign of slowing down. As a result, insurers are actively looking to decrease and control claims inflation in any way they can, and, by extension, are encouraging their clients to implement strategies that will reduce legitimate claims as opposed to fighting them as they arise.
