Applied Net 2016: Joe Sultana rules out risk of week-long service outage
Applied Systems MD for broker solutions says tech provider’s experience means system interruptions would be solved quickly.
Joe Sultana, managing director, broker solutions at Applied Systems has stated brokers who use its platform would not be affected for a long period of time if its systems were hit by an outage.
Following the SSP power outage on 26 August which left some of its brokers unable to work for several weeks, Sultana told Insurance Age that a similar system failure of this nature would not impact on Applied users in the same way.
