PB Week: A month in the life; Earle's September
This year has involved some work on foundations of the business - to get us ready to grow even faster in the years ahead.
A lot's come to fruition in September and as we start planning for next year I'm pleased to see good progress writes Charles Earle, chief executive of Arista.
We completed a review meeting of the work helping staff make proper and appropriate use of the pension benefits we provide. Earlier in 2010 one of our senior team reviewed take-up of our pension provision which we thought was pretty good until he found that 90% of staff opted for the default investment option. Well spotted Pete.
