Tactica Premium Finance enters administration
Chris Laughton and Steve Smith of chartered accountants Mercer & Hole were today appointed as joint administrators of Tactica Premium Finance.
In a statement the administrators confirmed they have arranged for Zurich Bank, part of the Zurich Financial Services Group, to finance Tactica's continuing business during a run-off period.
Chris Laughton said: "The deal with Zurich Bank is the first stage of the administrators seeking to rescue the company as a going concern. We have preserved some jobs and maintained customer service, and we are of course seeking to minimise losses to creditors."
