I flew to Munich yesterday as part of an Allianz trip to Oktoberfest and visited the Allianz stadium, home to Bayern Munich, this morning before heading to the 'main event' in the evening. Apparently six million people visit Oktoberfest over 14 days, and whilst I cannot be accurate after eight litres of German beer, I reckon that is about 450,000 per day. And most of them appear to be insurance brokers from the UK.

Why is it that whenever an insurer links an event to booze the attendance
