Arc wins Aviva contract
Arc Legal Assistance has been appointed by Aviva as provider of its household and travel legal expenses to a significant proportion of its personal lines customers.
According to the company, the deal represents one of the largest contracts of its kind in the UK market. The firm will provide cover for over one million Aviva household legal expenses policies and specialist worldwide travel legal expenses cover with two million travel insurance policies.
The transfer of business from the current provider took effect from 1 September on all new business and at renewal on all existing policies.
