Axa selects Martin Eyres to lead mid corporate risks

Axa has appointed Martin Eyres as head of mid corporate risks.

According to the insurer, Mr Eyres will be responsible for driving the profitable growth of the mid corporate offering and will now begin the process of drawing together his team of property, casualty and motor underwriting specialists. This team will be based in London, Manchester and Birmingham, reflecting the size of the relevant broker market - but also to ensure key decision makers are close to their customers and able to respond effectively to their needs.

He joins from CNA where he was
