News Analysis - Insurance 360: Arag voted best legal expenses insurer
Arag has been voted the best legal expenses insurer by brokers in a survey by PB's sister research unit Insurance 360.
More than 130 brokers gave their opinions on seven key areas including underwriting skills, new business service levels and policy documentation. Arag triumphed in four areas and came out top overall with a score of 80%, followed by Composite with 78% which led the way in renewals, claims handling and business development.
