Tesco Bank agrees deal with CDL

Tesco Bank has agreed a five year deal with CDL to provide customer service centre and website software and services to support the Bank’s motor and household insurance lines.

Tesco Bank director of IT and procurement, David Ball, said: "Tesco Bank is pleased to be working with CDL as a partner to help us grow the business over the coming years."

According to the company, the implementation programme is already well underway and CDL is working closely with Tesco Bank to ensure on target delivery and a positive customer experience.
