Bluefin has appointed WNS Assistance to outsource claims management for personal lines motor business

Bluefin has appointed WNS Assistance to outsource claims management for personal lines motor business.

The contract includes first notification of loss, replacement vehicle, and repair via a system-integrated national network of more than 300 repairers.

Bluefin will also have access to an online real-time claims monitoring facility and, according to WNS, the broker's policyholders will benefit from a full uninsured loss recovery service incorporating legal expenses insurance.
