Jardine Lloyd Thompson (JLT) Group has bought Iimia Wealth Management from Midas Capital for £7.25m in cash. The announcement follows news of talks originally reported on broking.co.uk in December.
Jardine Lloyd Thompson (JLT) Group has bought Iimia Wealth Management (IWM) from Midas Capital for £7.25m in cash. The announcement follows news of talks originally reported on broking.co.uk in December.
JLT has stated the acquisition will strengthen its position and add to its expertise and capabilities in the private clients market.
The company said it is seeing more demand in this area, citing a reduction in defined benefit schemes and more people being encouraged to seek personal pension
