A new single premium 10/12-year policy against latent defects hasbeen put together by Birch & Co Insurance Services. The product,
underwritten by Allianz Cornhill, is designed for those who commission
roofing, thermal cladding and double glazing projects.
Previously, contractors were responsible for repairing defects for the
entire 10-year guarantee period. With RCW Decennial Insurance, the
