Trevor Newbury, partner at Financial Markets Group, advised brokers to be open and honest before, during and after Arrow visits, even if there is a problem. Speaking at The UK Insurance & Financial Services Conference & Expo, Newbury said a lack of co-operation with the Financial Services Authority would "turn off" the regulator. He warned: "Do not build up issues and bring them all out during an Arrow visit. However, before telling the FSA, come up with a plan about how you are going to solve
