Chubb has announced J Michael Baldwin, formerly senior vice presidentof Chubb Europe and European manager of Chubb's commercial insurance
division, has been appointed manager of the London representative office
of Allied World Assurance Company. AWAC was recently established in
Bermuda to underwrite insurance and reinsurance business worldwide and is
backed by AIG, Chubb and GS Capital Partners 2000.
