The Law Society has decided to continue providing solicitors'professional indemnity insurance through the Solicitors Indemnity Fund
mutual scheme for the immediate future. Peter Williamson, chairman of SIF,
was pleased by the decision, but revealed that a significant number of
society members still oppose mutuality in favour of the open market.
Only users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
