Companies can now insure their annual general meetings, with a newproduct from Insurex Expo-Sure. AGM Sure covers the risks associated with
an AGM including electrical failure, industrial action, loss of venue,
delay or cancellation to travel and transport, and failure by third party
supplier. It can also be used for liquidator meetings and those involving
acquisitions, mergers or takeovers.
