Hiscox has appointed Ally Kemp (pictured) to the position of regional manager, Scotland and Ireland. Acting regional manager Stuart Middleton assumes the role of underwriting manager, UK North and Ireland. Steven Day also joins the Hiscox Scotland team as underwriter, professions and specialty commercial. Martin McBrearty has been promoted to development underwriter and Russell Heaton has joined Hiscox as technology, media and telecoms underwriter for Scotland and Ireland.
