Andrew Brown has joined Oval as non-executive director. Brown has been appointed to chair Oval's risk, audit and compliance committee. He spent eight years with Sedgwick Group where he was finance director of the Group's worldwide insurance broking activities and was finance director and subsequently joint chief executive of Gartmore Investment Management.
