During the second month of the Independent trial, the prosecution continued to put forward its case, where Michael Bright, Dennis Lomas and Philip Condon, the former managing director and company chairman, finance director and deputy managing director respectively, stand accused of conspiracy to defraud.
In July, the jury saw angry witnesses, one of the main defendants being hospitalised and a juror removed from duty.
