Vanguard Insurance has launched a property renovation product, whichis the combination of five separate policies: public and employers'
liability, contractors' all risks, commercial property insurance and
rental protection.
The package product, underwritten by General Accident and Zurich
Insurance, covers residential, commercial, mixed and industrial buildings
and allows for increasing cover as the renovation work progresses.
Vanguard says that the new policy has been designed to reduce paperwork
