Following recent expansion, specialist broker Howden Spear Gullandhas restructured to form Hyperion Insurance Group. The Group will consist
of two subsidiaries: Howden Insurance Brokers and insurance underwriters
Dual International. The insurance broking arm will be divided into
Healthcare International Insurance and Reinsurance Services and a
Madrid-based broker, Promed Iberica Servicios Profesionales. Dual
International will also have a presence in Madrid.
