Oval has continued its planned acquisitional strategy with the purchase of South East-based broker Williamson Moore.
Established in 1976, Williamson Moore now employs 50 staff, with an annual gross written premium of £25m. The business split is 50/50 between corporate business and property owners. Charles Knight, managing director of Williamson Moore, will continue his role as managing director of the broker's office in Chichester, West Sussex.
