The Council of Lloyd's has appointed Ewen Gilmour, chief executive of Chaucer Syndicates, to the position of deputy chairman of Lloyd's. At a meeting on 14 February, the Council also reappointed Lord Levene as chairman of the Lime Street-based market. Bronek Masojada, chief executive of Hiscox, was re-appointed as deputy chairman of Lloyd's, and former senior City lawyer Bill Knight was reappointed as deputy chairman of the council.
