The Paul Thompson Insurance Group and the Malcolm Rudd Group havemerged to form the Thompson Rudd Group. The two firms, which were
previously based in Solihull and Edgbaston respectively, will have their
head office at Regency House, Hagley Road, Edgbaston. Both firms are
involved in corporate general business and financial services, and will
have 30 staff between them. It is expected that the company will grow
through further local acquisitions.
