The UK's largest privately-owned extended warranty insurance company,The Regency Group, has been sold to South Staffordshire Group. Eight
companies from The Regency Group will now form part of South Staffordshire
Group's home services division. Kerry Michael, Regency Group managing
director and founder, said: "The sale will not have a significant impact
on the day-to-day running of the companies being sold nor the lives of the
staff who will transfer across."
