Last month Broker Network rejected an acquisition approach and bought two brokers of its own, Denbigh-based George Williams Insurance Services and Altringham-based Priestley & Partners. Meanwhile, Redhill-based broker Brian Johnston Insurance Consultants joined the group as a member of the network.
