Brokers opt for IIB life venture.

The Institute of Insurance Brokers has confirmed that over 260 former
IBRC brokers are going ahead with its life and pensions support services
operation, the UK Financial Services Consortium.

The Institute is offering the service through Bankhall which runs a
"halfway house" network service for over 350 firms.

Andrew Paddick, director general of the IIB, told PB: "We've just
completed a series of roadshows and 95% of the brokers we spoke to had not
