The capacity crisis in the liability market shows no sign ofsoftening in the near future, according to three of the speakers at the
Scottish British Insurance Brokers' Association conference.
The speakers said conditions will not ease even after insurers renegotiate
reinsurance contracts because reinsurers have posted such bad results.
As David Sutherland, regional manager Scotland & Northern Ireland at AIG,
