Towergate Underwriting has launched a broker support unit to help brokers access underwriters and assist with agency queries. A Towergate statement said research showed that intermediaries would like more help for the most appropriate underwriting facilities available in Towergate's 200 lines of business. The number for brokers is 0870 9010395. The unit also provides a single point of contact for agency advice and queries.
