Zurich Professional has said over half of solicitors expect their premiums to rise. A survey revealed that 56% of solicitors believe that their professional indemnity insurance premiums will rise this year. Only 14% believe they will stay the same, while only 3% believe they will decrease. Solicitors surveyed predict that insurance premiums will increase, on average, by 13% this year. One-third of solicitors predict rises of up to 10% and one in 10 foresees increases of up to 20%.
