The M&E Network is to join forces with Andover-based Interdependence
Network to form the third largest IFA network group in the country. The
two businesses will continue to operate independently under a new holding
company called Tenet. The new group will employ 140 staff and start with
an annual turnover of over £55m. The combined operation will represent 450

Broking profits fall at Saga

Underlying profit before tax in Saga’s insurance broking arm fell to £39.8m for the year ended 31 January 2024, compared with £71.5m in the previous period.
