Chris Blackham has issued a punishing rebuke to Broker Network CEO Grant Ellis after he publicly questioned Blackham's decision to sell to Axa.
The acquisition by Axa of Layton Blackham and Stuart Alexander on 12 January drew criticism from Ellis, who said in a recent article: "The fact remains that, through its ownership, Axa will be able to block any decision by its new subsidiary which might disadvantage, or indeed undermine the performance of the parent company.
