I had to smile when reading the comments of Andrew Torrance, chiefexecutive of Allianz Cornhill, in Professional Broking's September
issue.
Perhaps, as a practising insurance broker, I can paraphrase one of his
paragraphs?
Mr Torrance stated: "We are not interested in working with brokers who see
us as a home for business this year and then move the business on the
next ... if there is a good relationship, there is more continuity."
The view from the broking world might be, "We are not interested
